An intensive start-up support cycle provided by the Tourism Innovation Academy (TIA) was successfully completed this year! We started with three preparatory workshops in Shirak, Tavush and Lori and proceeded with the open call for the incubation programme.

As a result, 45 teams with innovative tourism ideas entered a three-month incubation programme, where each of them had more than 15 hours of one-on-one mentorship sessions. Together with the mentors each team set up new goals for their projects, discussed the needs of the product and updated the skills one needs in an open business market.

At the end of incubation programme, participants pitched their projects during the Demo Day and submitted 40 quality proposals in the frame of the Innovative Tourism Ventures and Businesses grant scheme opened by EU4B ITTD. And we look forward to accompanying the grant winners with continuous entrepreneurship support in the frame of the upcoming pre-acceleration and acceleration programme.
